Twilight and the series was a waste of my time to read, just so I could say I read it when I say it sucked.

I couldn't get past a couple chapters of the first book

It was, indeed, a very nice box.
I read the first three, said 'ok, this series is ok for a light read, I don't like it that much though.' then i read into the character descriptions, and found various critiques, and decided to change my answer to 'this series sucks majorly.'

And when you realize there are people who honestly love the series and think it's the greatest love story ever told, it's just gut-bustingly hilarious
